Satisfaction Guarantee
All boards have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If your new snowboard does not meet your reasonable expectations, and it is in near-new condition, return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price plus any taxes.
Warranty
All boards have a 1 (one) year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Due to the extreme stresses that may be exerted on a board in certain high performance situations (i.e. serious crashes) we cannot offer warranty against damaged boards resulting from extreme stress or misuse. We will evaluate each returned snowboard and determine a course of action that is fair to all parties. The boards are designed as performance tools and if treated with care they will provide years of trouble free service. We will make every attempt to deliver satisfaction to our customers. We reserve the right to deny any compensation at our discretion.
